CalcClaim provides a tool to process and track all freight claims from inception to final resolution. Entry screens differ depending on the type of claim: shortage (loss/damage), service failure (late delivery), and overcharge (mispayment). Claims can be printed or faxed to the carrier automatically. Accounts receivable screens are available to record carrier disbursements.
